Ben Tashakorian, a Senior Managing Director of Investments, joined Marcus & Millichap in 2002. Ben brings his knowledge and expertise of commercial real estate investments to better serve his clients. Since joining the firm, he has personally evaluated $3 billion dollars in assets. Ben has over 500 career closings, surpassing a billion dollars in sales and 12 million square feet of commercial space in 31 different states. In 2015 Ben was appointed to Institutional Property Advisors, an exclusive division of Marcus & Millichap.

Bradley is the Managing Partner of the Tashakorian Office Industrial Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap. Bradley joined the team as a financial analyst in 2012 and was promoted to the position of Partner in 2016. In more than 5 years with the team, he has transacted on over 140 transactions for $500,000,000 and 4.5 million SF of commercial space. Bradley facilitates the day-to-day operations of the group, including brokerage, financial underwriting, asset valuation, books & records auditing, establishing marketing materials and campaigns, corporate compliance, government compliance and training new agents, among other tasks. In 2015 he was tapped by Marcus & Millichap to assist with developing a financial model for the firm’s proprietary valuation software which rolled out to high praise in early 2016. Bradley graduated from San Diego State University, earning a B.S. in Finance. Bradley was recently accepted into San Diego State’s Graduate MBA program and began attending the program in Spring 2018.

Ali is a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional based in San Diego, where he works with the Tashakorian Group of Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, including office buildings, industrial facilities, retail centers, and hospitality assets across the United States. With a keen eye for identifying opportunities and extensive experience evaluating markets across multiple geographies, Ali is well-equipped to stay ahead of the curve in today's rapidly evolving marketplace. He excels in bridging the gap between private and institutional investors and is committed to providing advisory solutions that align with his clients' short-term objectives and long-term goals.
Ali holds a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego, where he was an active member of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate. In his spare time, Ali enjoys playing basketball, tennis, and golf, as well as spending time with family and friends.

Ryan Williams specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of investment grade single and multi-tenant office and industrial assets nationwide. Ryan understands the role of an effective advisor entails more than simply connecting sellers and buyers. Accordingly, Ryan aligns his services based on each client’s unique ownership circumstances and interests. His capital markets knowledge, coupled with his relationships at Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., allow him to maintain steadfast relationships with his clients throughout ownership.
Prior to joining The Tashakorian Group, Ryan represented publicly traded and privately held hospitals throughout California in medical malpractice actions. He has also practiced administrative law. Ryan attended Ball State University and earned a bachelor’s degree in legal studies in 2014. At Ball State, Ryan served on the Student Government Board, was president of his fraternity, and a member of the Ball State men’s rugby club. Ryan moved to San Diego in 2015 to pursue his J.D. at The University of San Diego School of Law after receiving the Dean’s Honor Scholarship. During law school, Ryan was a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Society and an executive member of the Student Bar Organization. Ryan also received numerous CALI awards for obtaining the highest GPA in his class and was awarded the Irvin J. Khan scholarship for achieving the highest real property law GPA of his graduating class. In his free time, Ryan enjoys hiking, cycling, CrossFit and spending time with his wife, Haley.

Peter Eltaeb is a San Diego native who graduated from La Jolla Country Day School and continued his education at the University of Colorado Boulder, double majoring in economics and international affairs. He has been mentored by a major San Diego commercial property owner since 2019, further increasing his market expertise. Peter joined The Tashakorian Group in November 2021 as an associate specializing in Industrial and GSA Office properties throughout the nation. Through his education, mentorship, and research, Peter succeeds at providing his clients with exceptional financial advisory that creates and preserves wealth.

Raised in North County - Encinitas, Conner's studies led him to San Diego State University, where he not only earned a bachelor's degree in Business Management - Entrepreneurship but also emerged as a prominent student leader. His tenure as the president of the College of Business Student Government and active involvement in his fraternity showcased his commitment to serving his community.
Following graduation, Conner embarked on a career in sales at Automatic Data Processing, later transitioning into financial advising and insurance services. Before joining the Tashakoran Group, he held the role of Operations Director at Health IQ, a groundbreaking insurance startup he helped grow from 100 to 2,000+ employees.
Driven by a passion for real estate cultivated through personal investment experiences, Conner stands out from other advisors by viewing deals through the lens of property owners, uncovering opportunities that often elude other brokers.

Born and raised in San Diego, Lisa also attended San Diego State University where she was a member of the Real Estate Society and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing.
